2. What we offer
Good Days offers professional services for businesses, delivered remotely: virtual assistance, project management, social media management, and related support (such as administrative support, content creation, podcast editing, and graphic support). The scope of each engagement is defined in a proposal, quote, or service agreement before work begins.
We also offer digital products, including Notion templates, digital planners, notebooks, and journals, delivered as downloadable files or template links after purchase. No physical products are shipped.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our content or products without permission, interfere with the website's security or functionality, or submit false information through our forms.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Digital product prices are shown on each product page. Service fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins, as monthly packages, hourly rates, or project-based quotes. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Monthly service packages are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. We may update our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already paid or active agreements until their next renewal, and we will notify active clients in advance.
5. Digital product license
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim the product as your own.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Good Days name, logo, designs, text, graphics, and digital products, belongs to Good Days Virtual Assistance LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. For client services, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless the client asks us not to.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide the information, access, and approvals needed for us to deliver the services on time. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
8. Limitation of liability
We work carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, such as follower growth, sales, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Days Virtual Assistance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.
